Woodland Shade Gardening

Woodland shade gardening with a purpose – pleasure, creativity, rainwater collection!

Still amazed

I’m still amazed by how long I fought the size of that lonicera. And how every time I tried to dig it out, and gave up, another set of trunks sprang up.  It was so claustrophobic.  Today, I am going to bring that garden hose out of the soil for a few feet, back to the curve in the Eva Peron bed, so it will be more out of site, along the sandy walkway.

Looks much different from here without the lonicera!
